• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our platform
• Posting false reviews or manipulating ratings
• Using automated tools to scrape data or create accounts

Deal Information:

We work hard to provide accurate deal information, but prices and availability can change quickly. Always verify the final price and terms directly with the seller before making a purchase.

Third-Party Sellers:

LightMart connects you with verified sellers, but we are not directly involved in transactions between you and sellers. Each seller is responsible for their own products, pricing, and customer service.

Payment Processing:

We use secure, encrypted payment processing. However, you are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate and that you have sufficient funds for purchases.

LightMart's Content:

All content on our platform, including the app design, logo, text, and features, is owned by LightMart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

User-Generated Content:

When you post reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant LightMart a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

Service Availability:

We strive to keep LightMart available 24/7, but we may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service. We'll do our best to minimize any disruptions.

Limitation of Liability:

LightMart provides deal information and connects you with sellers, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information or the quality of products from third-party sellers. We are not liable for issues arising from transactions with sellers.

Your Right to Terminate:

You can delete your account at any time by contacting our support team at contact.lightmart@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for details about data deletion.

Our Right to Terminate:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users. We'll provide notice when possible and work with you to resolve issues.
